    Studio ignition block

    First synchronous block aligns definitions, introduces documentation rituals, and assigns accountability buddies.

    Async drill loops

    Learners submit artifacts mid-week; mentors annotate within SLA windows so weekends stay recovery-focused.

  4. Step 04

    Salon critiques

    Live salons rotate presenters; Academic Director staff occasionally observe to keep rubrics aligned across mentors.

    Employer-ready rehearsal

    Career coaches film optional dry runs; corporate cohorts may invite internal observers with signed confidentiality memos.

    Retro + alumni bridge

    Structured retros feed curriculum backlog; alumni buddies opt in through Student Success with clear unsubscribe paths.
