General Terms
1. Agreement scope
These General Terms govern access to training information, enrollment inquiries, and materials published by Nodexhublysmart for learners based in or connecting from the Republic of Korea. Using the site means you accept these terms.
2. Educational services description
We describe cohort schedules, mentor coverage, and pricing transparently. Sessions combine live instruction, asynchronous exercises, and mentor feedback. Deliverables may evolve when tooling vendors update features; we publish substantive changes with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You provide accurate contact details. Corporate cohorts must identify an authorized coordinator. Learners under 18 require guardian consent documented before attendance.
4. Intellectual property
Curriculum assets remain owned by Nodexhublysmart or licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to materials for study during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or public rebroadcast of recordings requires written permission.
5. Acceptable conduct
Harassment, recording peers without consent, or attempting to disrupt classroom tooling violates these terms and may lead to removal without refund beyond statutory rights.
6. Liability limits
Training explains analytical techniques; we do not provide individualized procurement, operational, or employment decisions. To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, indirect or consequential damages arising from site use are excluded except where prohibited.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea. Parties seek good-faith negotiation before escalating to courts located in Seoul with jurisdiction appropriate to consumer disputes.
8. Changes and notices
We may revise these terms; material updates appear on this page with a new last-updated date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit consent.
