Money-Back Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to tuition-style programs listed with KRW pricing on nodexhublysmart.digital. Corporate invoices follow separate statements of work.
2. Eligibility window
Individual learners may request cancellation with refund within fourteen (14) days of payment provided cohort materials have not been accessed beyond the welcome module.
3. Partial attendance
After materials unlock or live sessions begin, refunds reduce proportionally to consumed mentor hours and administrative fees disclosed at enrollment.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party license fees, venue deposits when separately invoiced, or bespoke datasets purchased on your behalf are non-refundable once ordered.
5. Process
Email refunds@nodexhublysmart.digital with enrollment ID, payment proof, and reason. Responses arrive within five business days with resolution timelines.
6. Processing time and method
Approved refunds return via original payment path within fourteen business days unless banking regulations require alternate rails.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections under Republic of Korea law. Escalations may route to Korea Consumer Agency guidance when disputes persist.
